Bei Restaurant Launches $19.95 Lebanese AYCE Lunch in Costa Mesa CA

The new Monday–Thursday buffet alternates kebabs and shawarma, with advertised pricing through December.

Bei Restaurant in Costa Mesa has introduced a weekday lunch offer that gives Lebanese cooking a distinctly buffet-sized stage. The restaurant launched an all-you-can-eat Mediterranean-Lebanese lunch on November 2, charging $19.95 per person Monday through Thursday from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.

And this is not one identical spread repeated four days a week. In restaurant announcements reproduced by LosAngelesDine, Bei laid out two different main-dish rotations: chicken kebab and kafta beef kebab on Mondays and Wednesdays; steak shawarma and chicken shawarma on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

The Monday-Wednesday lineup also lists basmati rice, fattoush and hummus, among other selections. The Tuesday-Thursday rotation includes basmati rice, a pasta dish and a chef’s daily special in addition to the shawarma. Those are the dishes actually named for the buffet; the restaurant’s much larger a la carte menu should not be mistaken for an unlimited-lunch inclusion list.

The distinction between kebab days and shawarma days is a useful one. Kebab fans have a reason to look at the start and middle of the week, while diners hoping for thinly sliced seasoned meat can make their plans around Tuesday or Thursday. Choosing a day by the protein rotation is a perfectly respectable way to use a lunch calendar.

Bei is at 1951 Harbor Boulevard, Suite B. The restaurant describes itself as a Lebanese dining spot named with a nod to Beirut, with a regular menu of mezze, grilled meats, shawarma, salads and other regional dishes. It is also known for evening entertainment, but the AYCE lunch announcement is specifically a daytime food program, not an extension of those events.

The restaurant first previewed the weekday buffet on October 23 and confirmed its start in a November 2 post. Its advertised $19.95 price is stated to be good through the end of 2026; that wording does not establish whether the program or the price will change in January.

Other practical details remain unpublished, including any dining-time limit, whether service is entirely self-serve and whether beverages or dessert are included. What is confirmed is already plenty useful: a new four-day Lebanese AYCE lunch with clearly different menus depending on the day. Read the rotation before heading out—shawarma will not necessarily be waiting on a Wednesday.
