35 Orlando-Area All-You-Can-Eat Breakfasts and Brunches

Italian small plates, character feasts, Southern breakfasts and resort spreads offer very different reasons to leave the morning open.

One person wants eggs. Another has already spotted the pasta. Brunch is very good at resolving this sort of disagreement.

Orlando’s unlimited versions give both appetites plenty to consider. An Italian restaurant can send out pizza and breakfast dishes in the same round. A neighborhood buffet can put crab legs beside French toast. Farther into Central Florida, a Southern breakfast or a golf-resort brunch offers a reason to leave the attractions behind for a while.

In our Orlando-area collection, the morning choices reach from the parks and International Drive to Winter Park, Clermont, Orange City, Howey-in-the-Hills, Lakeland and Winter Haven. Some suit an early start; others deserve an unhurried afternoon.

Order another dish, keep your seat

At Mia’s Italian Kitchen, unlimited brunch puts eggs, pizza and housemade pasta on the same menu. Order the Italian Scramble or a breakfast pizza, then follow with meatballs or pasta. The full-size dishes make this a meal to share and linger over. Its bottomless-food window is shorter than the restaurant’s full weekend brunch service.

Across International Drive, Café Tu Tu Tango gives the meal a more bohemian setting. Art fills the room, live entertainment brings energy to brunch, and small plates arrive in repeated rounds. A Bananas Foster waffle or monkey bread can follow street tacos without anyone having to commit to an entirely sweet breakfast. Its bottomless program runs Friday through Sunday; bottomless alcoholic drinks are a separate choice.

Farther north, Orange Social Kitchen + Bar in Orange City includes butter chicken curry in its weekend AYCE selection, alongside omelets, brunch tacos, pancakes and French toast. Curry and tacos make a savory lunch-minded meal; the griddle choices keep breakfast enthusiasts happy too.

Give Sunday a proper buffet

Santiago’s Bodega in Orlando’s Ivanhoe Village approaches weekend brunch with a particularly sociable appetite. Snow crab legs, Gaucho steak and shrimp and grits give the savory spread substance, while croissant French toast and desserts give the sweet side equal consideration. Mimosas, sangria and nonalcoholic brunch drinks are included in the two-hour meal. It is a good fit for friends who intend to make brunch the outing.

The Venue Clermont turns an event space into a Sunday dining room, with live omelet cooking, prime-rib carving and music. Its spread moves through breakfast foods, fish, salads and sweets, making it appealing when some of the table wants breakfast and the rest is ready for Sunday lunch.

At La Hacienda at Mission Resort + Club in Howey-in-the-Hills, the golf-course setting provides a more leisurely backdrop. Full breakfast buffets run on selected days, while Sunday Champagne Brunch expands into seafood, carved meats and desserts. The full breakfast includes its cooking station; a smaller continental option is a different purchase. Choose with your omelet ambitions in mind.

Resort mornings beyond the parks

The Kitchen at Hard Rock Hotel gives breakfast a musical setting and some welcome live cooking. Omelet and griddle stations accompany the morning buffet; Sunday Acoustic Brunch broadens the food and adds live music. You can come for the freshly made waffle, the more substantial Sunday spread or a little of both. This is a hotel restaurant, not a meal inside a Universal theme park.

Villa de Flora at Gaylord Palms serves breakfast among the palms and gardens of the resort’s glass-roofed atrium. Tables extend onto terraces in front of the villa façade. Omelets prepared to order, biscuits and gravy, breakfast meats and bakery choices make the food as substantial as the setting.

Brazilian brunch offers another kind of resort-area feast. Fogo de Chão serves brunch at its International Drive and Vineland locations. Their weekend brunch adds omelets, waffles and beef-rib hash while retaining the full churrasco option. It suits someone who would like breakfast food without giving up the carved meats.

Two more Brazilian restaurants give weekend brunch its own meat selection. At H&H in Kissimmee, the base meal includes carved meats and the Farm Table, with prime-cut upgrades distinguished from the regular brunch. Divina Carne offers a weekend brunch rodizio and Chef’s Table alongside its weekday lunch and dinner programs. These are Brazilian daytime feasts; brunch needn’t mean an omelet station.

BR77 in Kissimmee adds a weekend brunch experience to its Brazilian grill-station dining, with holiday availability differing from its regular weekend schedule.

Disney character breakfasts without a park ticket

Chef Mickey’s at the Contemporary Resort offers the cheerful combination of Mickey-shaped waffles, breakfast favorites and familiar characters, with the monorail moving through the hotel above the restaurant. The resort setting gives the meal an unmistakable Disney identity.

At the Grand Floridian, 1900 Park Fare has its own character gathering and buffet. Its chilled strawberry soup makes a distinctive sweet beginning to breakfast, alongside eggs, pastries and other morning dishes. Cape May Cafe at the Beach Club supplies a seaside variation, with Minnie and friends in beach outfits. Those character appearances belong to breakfast; dinner is a different meal.

‘Ohana at the Polynesian offers Best Friends Breakfast featuring Lilo and Stitch. The official breakfast description includes shared eggs, potatoes, waffles, ham with pineapple, fruit and breads. It is family-style rather than a self-service buffet, with the character meal distinct from the restaurant’s evening feast.

All four are resort restaurants, so a character breakfast can be the morning’s main Disney outing without a theme-park ticket.

Disney breakfast with the park day already underway

At EPCOT, Akershus Royal Banquet Hall brings princesses and a castle setting to family-style breakfast, including Norwegian waffles. Garden Grill offers a different gathering: Chip, Dale and friends, shared breakfast dishes and a dining room that slowly turns past Living with the Land scenery.

The Crystal Palace gives a Magic Kingdom morning a buffet with Winnie the Pooh and friends. Hollywood & Vine at Hollywood Studios has its own breakfast character program; select the morning experience when booking, since later meals have a different character identity.

Tusker House at Animal Kingdom pairs Donald and his friends in safari attire with a breakfast buffet that includes African-inspired choices alongside familiar American foods. It is a natural option for a family that wants the character occasion and a little culinary exploring in the same meal.

All five require admission to their respective parks. An early character meal can give the family time together before everyone heads back into the day’s activities.

Two lodge breakfasts, two different kinds of abundance

Boma at Animal Kingdom Lodge gives the morning buffet an African-inspired range alongside the eggs, breakfast meats and sweets. The resort itself is worth allowing time to enjoy. Breakfast here is a food-and-setting occasion without a character program or a park-admission requirement.

Whispering Canyon Cafe at Wilderness Lodge makes its all-you-care-to-enjoy breakfast and brunch about skillets brought to the table. Depending on the selected skillet, eggs, waffles and breakfast meats or more lunch-minded foods can shape the meal. The Western atmosphere and playful service make this a lively option. Choose an unlimited skillet from the menu; the restaurant also serves à la carte dishes.

A Southern breakfast, with no need for a special occasion

Fred’s Market in Lakeland puts biscuits and gravy, grits, breakfast meats and fried chicken within the same generous morning. Weekend Breakfast Hash adds a corned-beef-heavy reason to look beyond the bacon. Eggs can be ordered at the table, which gives the buffet meal a freshly prepared component.

Golden Corral’s five collection locations are International Drive, Vineland, West Vine Street, Cypress Gardens in Winter Haven and North US 98 in Lakeland. They offer the familiar family-buffet approach, with breakfast foods such as hash browns, corned beef hash and biscuits with sausage gravy. Breakfast days and hours vary by branch; use the location information rather than assuming a daily morning service.

El Patron adds Mexican weekend brunch to the choices near Lake Buena Vista. The restaurant’s unlimited spread and made-to-order specialties make it a different occasion from its weekday lunch buffet. If music is part of the attraction, check the current Sunday mariachi schedule as well.

Breakfast that belongs to a larger outing

Laguna Grill at Discovery Cove includes unlimited breakfast with a reserved Discovery Cove visit. Eggs, waffles, pastries, fruit and other morning foods fit into a day of the resort’s activities. The included dining program is part of admission; this is not a stand-alone breakfast restaurant you can visit without booking the park.

In Winter Haven, Bricks Family Restaurant at LEGOLAND Hotel serves a replenishable family-style breakfast. Its evening buffet is separate, and Bricks welcomes diners who are staying elsewhere too. Shared hot breakfast foods, fruit, cereal and drinks give a family a substantial beginning to the day.

Shipwreck Restaurant at LEGOLAND Pirate Island Hotel also serves a family-style unlimited breakfast, included with most hotel packages. Rotating waffles, pancakes or French toast sticks join savory breakfast foods. Check the package and restaurant arrangements when planning a visit from elsewhere.

Sandy’s Castle Restaurant at LEGOLAND Beach Retreat serves a family-style breakfast of eggs, breakfast meats, potatoes and changing sweet choices. The seasonal lakeside resort gives the meal a relaxed holiday setting; confirm that it is operating for your dates. Its unlimited service is the morning meal.

Choose the morning you actually want

A quiet buffet, a tableful of Italian dishes and a character breakfast suit different mornings. Settle on the occasion, then give it enough time to enjoy. A quick check of the brunch day, food window and any separate admission is all the preparation most of these meals need.

After that, leave enough time to linger. You may discover that the pasta was an excellent breakfast idea after all.
