31 Orlando-Area Places to Enjoy All-You-Can-Eat Sushi
Freshly ordered sushi, Japanese-Brazilian rodizio and buffet counters offer very different evenings for a sushi enthusiast.

An unlimited sushi dinner can begin with a very sensible order: a little salmon, a roll to share, perhaps something warm from the kitchen. The next round is where preferences begin to emerge.
You may discover that you want more nigiri and fewer elaborate rolls. Or that the salmon wrapped around cream cheese and guava was precisely the reason to come. Around Orlando, there is quite a range between those two appetites.
Our Orlando-area collection takes sushi dinner from the visitor corridor to neighborhoods and surrounding Central Florida communities. You can order a meal in rounds, help yourself at a buffet counter or enjoy sushi alongside a table grill or seafood feast.
Japanese-Brazilian sushi deserves its own introduction
Sushi rodizio borrows the idea of a continuing, table-served meal and applies it to sushi and related dishes. You order, food comes from the kitchen, and favorites can return in later rounds. Japanese-Brazilian menus often give cream cheese, fruit preserves and fried preparations a conspicuous place beside sashimi and nigiri.
An unadorned piece of salmon and a salmon roll with guava offer different pleasures. Both can belong to the same dinner.
Kingdom Sushi serves its Japanese-Brazilian menu at International Drive, Lake Nona, Citrus Tower in Clermont and Windermere. The regular AYCE menu includes sashimi, hand rolls, appetizers and desserts, with Premium adding further dishes.
The Bento Roll combines salmon, avocado and guava jelly; other chef rolls bring in greens or truffle oil. Fried shrimp coxinha supplies a Brazilian-style snack between sushi orders. If your interests are simpler, sashimi and nigiri leave room to pay more attention to the fish. The current menus distinguish regular and premium choices.
Musashi serves its rodizio at Orlando’s MetroWest restaurant and Kissimmee. Their Japanese-Brazilian rodizio gives djos—rice portions wrapped in salmon—considerable variety, alongside rolls, hand rolls and hot appetizers. Fruit, cream cheese and crisp toppings can make one order markedly different from the next.
American Japa Sushi has restaurants at Millenia in Orlando and Magic Village Views in Kissimmee. Basic or Traditional dining supplies the regular sushi-and-hot-food rodizio; Premium widens it. At Kissimmee, the resort clubhouse setting and pool outlook give dinner an open, leisurely backdrop.
Both kitchens serve simple salmon preparations as well as embellished djos and hot rolls. At Kissimmee, the separate Thursday temaki or sushi-taco experience offers a more focused meal than the full rodizio.
Sea-San Sushi Bar on South Kirkman Road gives the djo family especially close attention. Brie, gorgonzola, fruit jams and truffle preparations offer different versions of the salmon-wrapped bite, while salmon, tuna and other sashimi provide a simpler course. Dinner is the regular daily occasion, with lunch offered on weekends.
Ordered sushi with a substantial hot kitchen
Shin Sushi in Clermont serves its unlimited meal to order, moving between nigiri, rolls and kitchen dishes. Salmon, tuna, yellowtail and eel give nigiri enthusiasts several places to start; appetizers and cooked food allow a group to build different meals from the same format.
Lunch and dinner have separate menus, and weekends use the dinner offering.
Sushi Masa in Lakeland also expands its selection at dinner. Tuna, salmon and other sashimi sit beside nigiri, specialty rolls, tempura and teriyaki. The evening menu adds appetizers and desserts beyond the lunch selection.
These restaurants suit a table that wants sushi to lead without having to eat only sushi. Someone can order another fish selection while a companion finds a warm dish from the kitchen. Nobody has to spend the meal waiting politely for everyone else’s favorite food.
When sushi shares the meal with a grill or pot
Izziban Sushi & BBQ on East Colonial Drive pairs made-to-order rolls with Korean barbecue. Standard includes rolls and side dishes alongside meats for the grill; higher tiers expand the sushi and seafood choices. A fried-shrimp roll arrives ready to eat, while another shrimp order may be intended for you to cook. The menu keeps those two pleasures distinct.
Gogi Hotpot & BBQ & Sushi on West Colonial Drive combines sushi with either barbecue or hot pot, with an upgrade for all three. It also offers a separate weekday sushi-only lunch. This is a useful choice when the table likes different kinds of activity with dinner.
Orlando’s broad buffets give sushi plenty of company
A buffet sushi meal lets you choose directly from a display, then return for a hot dish, a grill order or something entirely different. It is particularly useful for a group whose appetites are unlikely to settle on one cuisine.
On the western side, Crazy Buffet on West Colonial combines sushi with its hot-food spread, hibachi and pho. Kizuna Asian Buffet & Sushi gives its active sushi counter substantial attention within a wider Asian buffet. King Buffet in Apopka places sushi beside Chinese-American dishes and shellfish.
In the visitor corridor, Ichiban Buffet in Orlando and Mei Asian Buffet offer sushi within familiar Chinese, Japanese and American buffet selections. Super Orient Buffet on South Semoran brings sushi and made-to-order hibachi together with its hot dishes.
On the eastern side, Ocean Buffet makes sushi and sashimi part of a seafood-minded spread. South of the city, Crazy Buffet on South Orange Blossom Trail gives the sushi counter room alongside seafood, hibachi and pho. The cooked food makes it easy to alternate between a few pieces of sushi and a completely different course.
Kissimmee and St. Cloud have their own counters
Osaka Bay Buffet in Kissimmee brings actively prepared sushi together with hibachi, pho and a broad hot buffet. It is a good example of a restaurant where a sushi first course can lead in several directions, without requiring everyone to take the same one.
Ichiban’s Kissimmee location has its own dedicated sushi station within a Chinese-American spread. Its dinner hibachi offering differs from lunch, so the evening meal has another freshly cooked component.
Buffet City in St. Cloud gives California-style rolls, cream-cheese combinations and nigiri a place beside shellfish, Chinese-American dishes and the grill. It suits a table whose sushi enthusiasts have arrived with companions interested in a rather different supper.
Farther into Central Florida
Ling’s Buffet in Lakeland gives its sushi display a substantial place beside Chinese hot dishes and hibachi. Buffet City in Winter Haven also includes sushi within its lunch and dinner buffets, with a broader evening selection.
To the north, Sakura Buffet in DeLand combines sushi with Chinese-American cooking, shellfish and hibachi. New China Buffet in Eustis has returned sushi to its changing buffet assortment. Both make an unlimited sushi course possible well beyond the attractions.
Three less obvious places to find sushi
Divina Carne Brazilian Steakhouse includes sushi with its market spread and pasta, including the dinner Chef’s Table experience without continuous meat carving. It offers another route for companions who want different things from a Brazilian steakhouse meal.
The two Boston Lobster Feast branches—International Drive and Kissimmee—include hand-rolled sushi within their feasts. A few pieces can begin a dinner that later involves whole lobster, crab legs and chowder.
Choose the format, then enjoy the next round
These thirty-one locations offer more than one kind of sushi evening. You can stay with ordered rounds, help yourself to a few pieces at a buffet counter, or make sushi one part of a meal with a grill, a pot or whole lobster.
Full-size rolls can be filling, so leave room to explore the part of the menu that first caught your attention.
You may come for a familiar roll and discover that nigiri, a djo or something from the hot kitchen is the dish you most want again. That is a fine result for a sushi evening.
