Texas de Brazil has opened at Orchard Town Center in Westminster, Colorado, bringing continuous tableside meat service and a salad area with more than 50 selections to the shopping center between Denver and Boulder. The company announced the opening October 9.
The restaurant is at 14644 Orchard Parkway, Suite 1200. Dinner costs $59.99 per person, while the salad-area-only option is $33.99. Children dining with a full-price adult dinner receive the company’s age-based rates: ages 2 and under eat free, ages 3–5 pay $5, and ages 6–12 receive half off.
Gauchos circulate with flame-grilled beef, lamb, pork, chicken and Brazilian sausage. Picanha gets particular billing in the opening announcement, but the chain’s menu gives the salad-area crowd plenty to contemplate, too: smoked salmon, cheeses, marinated vegetables and Brazilian hot dishes share the supporting cast. Selections and some premium-cut charges vary by location.
Lobster bisque, feijoada, rice and potatoes au gratin appear on the national menu, alongside the familiar table accompaniments of cheese bread, garlic mashed potatoes and fried bananas. Anyone who has ever arrived determined to concentrate on steak and then developed a serious relationship with the bisque will understand the difficulty.
From throwing axes to carving dinner
The suite has a recent entertainment history. Yukon Axe opened at the same address in early 2023, with indoor throwing lanes and a food-and-drink menu. Its broker, Fountainhead Commercial, described the earlier premises as a former boutique clothing store. Texas de Brazil gives the space another use, this time with the sharp implements staying in professional hands.
The steakhouse was on Westminster’s radar well before this fall. A September 2025 city economic-development update anticipated a first-quarter 2026 opening; subsequent development coverage placed it later in the year. October 9 supplies the actual opening announcement.
Texas de Brazil began in Addison, Texas, in 1998 and remains family owned. Westminster adds to its Colorado presence, which also includes Denver and Colorado Springs.
The Westminster restaurant serves dinner Monday through Thursday from 5–9 p.m., Friday from 5–10 p.m., Saturday from 4–10 p.m. and Sunday from 4–9 p.m. Reservations and information are available at 983-800-2119.
