Seoul Meat Co is planning a Korean barbecue restaurant at Dolphin Mall in Sweetwater, Florida, bringing another AYCE operator into the Miami area. What Now Miami reported October 21 that the restaurant is in the works at 11401 NW 12th Street, Suite E504.
The project also appears in JDEA Studio’s design portfolio, which identifies a Seoul Meat Co restaurant at Dolphin Mall alongside projects in Fresno, California, and Sunrise, Florida. The portfolio does not give a construction schedule or opening date.
The operator is ICC Hospitality, led by CEO Julius D. Son. His published biography identifies Seoul Meat Co as the company’s Korean-American restaurant brand.
Its established format is full-service, all-you-can-eat Korean barbecue. The landlord for the Kirkland, Washington, restaurant describes beef, pork and seafood cooked on circular grills at the table.
Kirkland offers a useful glimpse of the range. A December 2023 Infatuation review described 15 cuts of beef and 10 pork preparations, including curry and truffle seasonings. Cajun mussels and garlic-butter shrimp gave the seafood side some attention, too. That is enough variety to make a first round consisting entirely of brisket feel a little premature.
Miami’s prices and dining arrangements have not been published.
The brand’s expansion already includes Fresno, where The Fresno Bee reported that the Fashion Fair restaurant opened in early June 2026. That added a California location to a brand with existing restaurants in Kirkland and Riverton, Utah.
The suite has some restaurant history of its own: older business listings place Kobe Japanese Steakhouse, also listed as Kobe House, at E504. Those records do not establish when it closed or whether it was the immediate predecessor.
Dolphin Mall uses a Miami mailing address but sits within Sweetwater. For diners watching this particular set of grills, the next useful announcements will be a local menu and an opening date. Neither has been confirmed.
