Rodizio Grill is bringing back Bacon Fest from October 1 through November 15, 2026, adding bacon dishes to its regular unlimited dinner service at no additional charge.
The Brazilian steakhouse brand announced the return on September 22. Its Columbus restaurant’s event page confirms the October 1 start, while other location pages advertise the full six-and-a-half-week run.
Bacon reaches the salad bar, too
The announced menu includes peppered pork belly, bacon-wrapped steak and cheese wrapped in bacon. Golden-Bacon Salad combines bacon, caramelized onions and linguiça with sweet corn. An Extra-BLT Salad, bacon potato salad and potatoes baked with cheese and bacon extend the theme beyond the meat rotation.
For anyone inclined to treat the salad bar as a brief intermission between rounds of steak, Bacon Fest gives it a rather persuasive counterargument.
The additions accompany the existing Full Rodizio dinner: grilled meats served and carved at the table, alongside an unlimited salad bar and Brazilian sides. The promotion runs during dinner hours. “No additional charge” refers to the local Full Rodizio dinner price; the company has not announced one nationwide ticket price.
A seasonal addition across an established brand
Founded in 1995 by Ivan Utrera, Rodizio Grill built its concept around Brazilian family recipes and gaucho-style meat service. Its current location directory lists 26 restaurants across 14 states, including Nashville, which is marked temporarily closed. Seven listed restaurants are in Florida, the brand’s largest state cluster.
Individual restaurant pages also carry their own offers. At Coconut Point in Estero, FL, an October fundraiser directs 100% of Rabanada dessert sales to Image Reborn Foundation, which provides healing retreats for breast cancer survivors. That separately purchased dessert offer is distinct from the dishes included in Bacon Fest.
Diners can use the official location directory to check their restaurant’s dinner price, hours and promotion details. The national announcement supplies the bacon lineup; local pages remain the useful reference for the particular dining room.
