Brunch at Palms’ A.Y.C.E. Buffet in Las Vegas, Nevada, now costs $44.99, up $2 from $42.99. The hours remain unchanged, and bottomless mimosas remain part of the official brunch offering. The glass has survived the adjustment; the bill has acquired another two dollars.
Las Vegas Advisor documented the increase in its October 1 buffet update, and the Palms’ current buffet page confirms the $44.99 price. Brunch runs Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., with a 90-minute seating limit.
The same October update points to a more elaborate dinner on Saturday, October 10: Filipino Night, scheduled from 5 to 10 p.m. at $52.99 for adults and $35.99 for children ages 3–11. The announced dishes include whole roasted suckling pig, kare-kare and shrimp pancit, with live entertainment also advertised.
The October 10 event costs more than the buffet’s ordinary $46.99 dinner. Its advertised Filipino dishes and entertainment belong to that one-night program; brunch keeps its own menu and new $44.99 rate.
Palms announced Filipino Night in its March 12 launch of a 2026 theme-night series. The resort described the October event as timed to the Pinoy Festival, with the series led by executive chef Marcus O’Brien. October’s reporting supplies the timely reminder and featured dishes; the event itself has been on the calendar for months.
A.Y.C.E.’s regular setup has seven stations, with seafood, carving and made-to-order pasta among the advertised offerings. Its current weekly schedule keeps several dinner prices in circulation: regular dinner is $46.99, Wednesday and Thursday lobster nights are $79.99, and Friday’s prime-rib-and-snow-crab dinner is $52.99.
The buffet opened in December 2017, according to Eater Vegas’ original coverage. Nearly nine years later, keeping track of which meal carries which price remains useful homework for Palms regulars. The durable October change is the $44.99 brunch; Filipino Night’s special menu belongs specifically to October 10.
