Hot Pot Grill has signed on at The Promenade Shops at Centerra in Loveland, Colorado, with its arrival anticipated by spring 2027. The restaurant joins Los Dos Potrillos among nine new retailers and restaurants named in property owner Galway Companies’ October 6 announcement.
There is a lease, but not yet a dinner plan. A specific opening day, menu and prices have not been announced, and neither has an all-you-can-eat offering.
The setting is a 494,500-square-foot open-air center at Interstate 25 and US Highway 34. Its leasing material describes a walkable main-street layout with plazas and mountain views, anchored by Macy’s and Dick’s Sporting Goods.
Galway bought Centerra for $55 million in August 2025 and is updating facades, lighting, landscaping and signage, with more outdoor seating and gathering spaces. A redesigned ice rink is scheduled for late November 2026; broader streetscape work targets spring 2027.
