GiroGrano Pizza Rodizio is planning an all-you-can-eat opening at Miracle Mile Shops in Las Vegas this fall, with servers bringing rounds of pizza to the table. The promised lineup runs to around 40 savory and sweet flavors. Dessert, in other words, is also pizza.
The restaurant’s official website lists a fall 2026 opening at 3663 S. Las Vegas Boulevard, Suite 181, inside the shopping center at Planet Hollywood. An exact debut date and the AYCE price have not yet been established.
Miracle Mile Shops included GiroGrano in its May 18 tenant announcement, also identifying a fall opening. More recent local reporting has added detail about the business behind the plan, while the restaurant’s own site continues to describe it as opening soon.
The service style is the important part of the name. GiroGrano is applying Brazilian rodizio’s circulating service to pizza: slices arrive in successive rounds, letting diners try different flavors without ordering a separate whole pie for each one. This is an AYCE meal delivered to the table, rather than a pizza buffet line.
Beyond the familiar slice
The published menu includes picanha, beef stroganoff, chicken heart, hearts of palm and shrimp among its savory choices, alongside combinations featuring prosciutto and Brie. The Brazilian influences give the selection a different range from the usual debate over pepperoni versus another pepperoni.
Then come the sweet pizzas. Listed flavors include pistachio, cappuccino, Ferrero, grape and strawberry. That makes the dessert round part of the same ongoing service idea, rather than an unrelated finish tacked onto the meal.
For diners who enjoy AYCE variety, the attraction is the chance to sample across the menu in slices. Around 40 advertised flavors is a reason to pace the early rounds, not an obligation to conduct a complete inventory before leaving the table.
In its October 2 coverage, What Now Las Vegas identified Jovani Gava, also an owner of Galpão Gaucho, as the person behind GiroGrano. That connection comes from the publication’s reporting; the story said he did not respond to its inquiry.
The website lists intended hours of 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Friday and Saturday. Those are plans for the restaurant’s opening, rather than current service hours. Prices, beverage inclusions and the first day diners can actually book and eat remain the practical details to watch.
Until those arrive, the Strip has a fairly specific coming-soon prospect: Brazilian-style service, a substantial pizza rotation and a dessert course that never quite leaves the pizza category. Keeping room for sweets may require keeping room for one more slice.
