Fogo de Chão opened its third Massachusetts restaurant September 14 at Northshore Mall in Peabody, extending the Brazilian steakhouse chain north of Boston with its familiar combination of continuous tableside churrasco and an unlimited Market Table and Feijoada Bar.
The new restaurant at 210 Andover St. joins Fogo locations at Copley Place in Boston and Burlington. Its Full Churrasco Experience is currently priced at $49 for weekday lunch, $52 for weekend brunch and $67 for dinner. The regular rotation includes picanha, the top-sirloin cut closely associated with Brazilian churrasco, along with bone-in ribeye, fraldinha or bottom sirloin, lamb chops, roasted chicken, filet and additional cuts carved at the table.
There is also a lower-priced unlimited option at lunch. The Market Table and Feijoada Bar costs $19 on weekdays and can be paired with a single fire-roasted cut for another $16. The spread includes salads, charcuterie, fruit and other cold and prepared items, along with feijoada, a black-bean stew served with sausage and rice. It is the part of the Fogo experience where a diner can, technically, make a second pass before anyone arrives with a skewer.
Weekday lunch runs from 11:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. Weekend brunch is served from 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m., adding made-to-order omelets, Belgian waffles, braised beef rib hash and Brazilian sausage to the Market Table. Dinner begins at 3 p.m. Monday through Friday and at 2 p.m. on weekends, with closing times ranging from 9 to 10 p.m. depending on the day.
The Peabody restaurant also includes an open churrasco grill, Bar Fogo, private dining space, wine displays and dry-aging lockers. Fogo says the opening created more than 100 local jobs, and the company pledged 10 percent of first-week sales to Citizens Inn Haven From Hunger.
Peabody arrives in the middle of a larger growth push. Fogo said in January that it planned 14 to 16 domestic and international openings during 2026 and had site visibility extending into 2027. In July, the company said it was operating 122 restaurants globally; additional openings have followed since then, so the current system is now above that figure even though Fogo has not published a newer chainwide total.
Massachusetts is not finished, either. The Boston Globe reported in August that another Fogo is planned for South Shore Plaza in Braintree in spring 2027. If that timetable holds, Braintree would become the chain’s fourth Massachusetts restaurant and its first on the South Shore. Peabody, in other words, is not an isolated dot on the map; it is part of a fairly deliberate buildout around Greater Boston.
