Chima Brings Back $49 Taste of Chima Rodizio at All Four Locations

The limited dinner returns Oct. 5 with 11 to 12 rotating selections at 30% below Complete Rodizio.

Chima Steakhouse is bringing back its limited Taste of Chima rodizio from Oct. 5 through Nov. 1, offering a broad rotating selection of fire-roasted meats, Brazilian grilled cheese, the Gourmet Salad Bar and traditional sides for $49 at dinner.

The promotion will run at all four current Chima locations – Charlotte, Fort Lauderdale, Orlando and Tysons Corner – and the price lands in an unusually interesting place on the company’s regular menu. Chima currently lists its dinner Complete Rodizio at $70, making Taste of Chima $21 cheaper, or exactly 30% below the full dinner price.

Eleven rotating selections – and a twelfth in Tysons

The fall Taste of Chima lineup in Orlando, Charlotte and Fort Lauderdale includes top sirloin picanha, garlic picanha, picanha with jalapeño and chimichurri, flap meat, bacon-wrapped filet mignon, halal lamb picanha, aji chicken thighs, beer-marinated drumsticks, Brazilian sausage, cheddar sausage and Brazilian grilled coalho cheese.

Tysons Corner advertises the same rotation plus halal lamb leg, giving the Northern Virginia restaurant 12 listed selections. The $49 price also includes unlimited access to Chima’s Gourmet Salad Bar, with salads, imported cheeses, charcuterie, vegetables and other accompaniments, along with the traditional side dishes served at the table.

The full Complete Rodizio remains materially larger. Chima says that experience includes more than 15 cuts, with items such as New York strip, Cajun ribeye, additional filet mignon preparations, beef ribs, lamb chops, salmon and shrimp among the selections that help separate the $70 menu from the promotional tier.

A promotion that is becoming a menu tier of its own

The more revealing comparison may be Chima’s Select Rodizio, currently listed at $48. Select includes the Gourmet Salad Bar and sides but limits unlimited tableside service to one chosen protein category: picanha, chicken or seafood. Taste of Chima costs only $1 more while moving across beef, lamb, chicken, sausage and cheese.

That gives the promotion a clear place between Chima’s regular options. It is not simply the Complete Rodizio marked down by 30%; it is an intentionally abbreviated mixed rodizio that provides much more variety than Select while leaving enough premium cuts on the $70 menu to preserve a distinction between the experiences.

Taste of Chima is also no longer a one-off experiment. Chima’s archived calendar documents a $49 Taste of Chima at Fort Lauderdale from Oct. 10 through Nov. 26, 2025. The company brought the program back across its current restaurants in summer 2026, then extended that run through Aug. 2 because of what it called an overwhelming response.

The fall version has been adjusted slightly from the summer menu. Flap meat now appears in the advertised rotation, while grilled pineapple – included among the listed summer selections – is not part of the fall meat-and-cheese list. Chima still describes the offering as rotating, so the published lineup should be read as the pool of selections rather than a promise that every skewer will be circulating at every moment.

For a company with only four current restaurants, the repeated rollout is notable: Taste of Chima is starting to look less like an occasional discount and more like recurring programming – a limited-time middle lane for diners who want the parade of skewers without committing to every cut in the building.
