EXPERIENCE
Adega Gaucha grew from one Orlando restaurant in 2021 into a small Florida group of Brazilian steakhouses, with homes in Kissimmee and Deerfield Beach. Its roots reach back to Southern Brazil’s gaucho tradition of cooking meat over fire and gathering people around it. The modern expression comes with a wine program, a generous Gourmet Table and servers carving churrasco beside your chair. Dinner has company, and some of that company carries a skewer.
The restaurants share that identity without sharing an identical room. Orlando’s flagship has a bright, window-lined dining area and a bar that makes a proper evening of a steakhouse meal. Deerfield Beach adds a glass-enclosed churrasco grill, bringing the fire into view, and private dining rooms for gatherings. These are polished places to settle in with family or dress up for an anniversary; smart casual fits comfortably into the brand’s welcome.
Full Churrasco is the central all-you-can-eat invitation: recurring rounds of fire-roasted meats, the self-service Gourmet Table and three chosen sides. The little green-and-red coaster lets you welcome another serving or pause. A rather civilized arrangement for a meal with this much ambition. Servers bring the cuts to the table, so the conversation can continue between slices, and a birthday dinner can feel like a shared occasion rather than a collection of separate entrées.
There is room for a smaller appetite, too. Gourmet Table-only dining and plated à la carte meals sit alongside the full rodizio. Orlando serves the Florida Mall area, Kissimmee belongs to the vacation corridor near Disney, and Deerfield Beach carries the concept into South Florida. The pleasures are consistent: Brazilian grilling, a table worth lingering over and enough variety to make choosing just one steak feel wonderfully unnecessary.
