Sumo Hotpot & Sushi is letting the weekend into its late-night AYCE deal. Through October 31, the Las Vegas restaurant is advertising sushi and hot pot for $26.95 per person from 9 p.m. to close every night, including Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.
The restaurant’s reopening promotion runs October 9–31. Its regular posted menu already offers a $26.95 late-night option Monday through Thursday. The promotion adds weekend eligibility to that same price, rather than introducing an entirely new late-night rate.
This is the Sumo at 4860 West Desert Inn Road, suite 9, rather than one of the city’s other similarly named sushi restaurants. The operator’s website confirms the address and links to its full menu.
On the hot-pot side, that menu lists a Volcano Wagyu Beef Hotpot and a Seafood Ramen option, with refill choices including Wagyu brisket, Wagyu beef belly and Kurobuta pork belly. Broths include house seafood, spicy seafood, tonkotsu, spicy tonkotsu and sukiyaki.
Sushi runs through familiar nigiri and an extensive roll selection, with half orders available for many rolls. Gyoza, chicken karaage, tempura and baked mussels give the table other things to pursue between rounds of fish and broth.
The posted menu also distinguishes its $38.95 all-day tier from the cheaper lunch and late-night options. Some premium items are marked all-day-only, and some selections are limited to one order. The reopening post extends the nights available; it does not explicitly erase those menu distinctions.
The menu sets a 90-minute dining limit and a 60-minute ordering window, useful numbers to know before getting too ambitious with the roll list. Late arrivals should confirm the final seating time, as the website and PDF post different last-call information.
Sumo describes the offer as a reopening celebration without explaining the preceding closure. The advertised expansion to seven nights runs through October 31; a permanent extension has not been announced.
