Rebecca’s Wine Bar & Restaurant in Naples has added a European-style breakfast buffet, giving its Bayshore Drive dining room a new morning assignment. The Morning Affair debuted October 1, with the current restaurant menu listing Thursday–Saturday service from 8–11 a.m. at $39.99 per person.
The spread puts fresh fruit and vegetables alongside European cheeses, charcuterie, smoked salmon and pastries, with selected hot offerings also advertised. Fresh juices and coffee appear in the launch description. It gives the smoked-salmon-and-cheese contingent a reason to set an alarm.
Owner Rebecca Maddox traced the idea to breakfasts she encountered while traveling in Europe, particularly London. In the restaurant’s launch announcement, she described creating a morning place for meeting colleagues, bringing clients and entertaining guests over the kind of spread she had enjoyed abroad.
The original launch flyer welcomed walk-ins and named Thursday, October 1, as the debut. It advertised Wednesday–Saturday service; both the current menu and the restaurant’s hours page now agree on Thursday–Saturday. That is the schedule to use when planning a visit.
This is a new buffet at an established restaurant. Rebecca’s opened April 19, 2023, at 2955 Bayshore Drive, across from Celebration Park in the Bayshore Arts District. The public wine bar brought a 40-foot bar, a charcuterie room and the Three60 Wine shop to the property.
The restaurant shares its campus with The Maddox, a separate private social club that opened that October. Rebecca’s itself is open to the public, so the breakfast does not require navigating a club membership. The distinction matters at an address that contains both businesses.
Maddox developed the campus on two vacant commercial lots acquired in 2019, with construction beginning in 2021. Her earlier projects included Three60 Market and Celebration Park, making the new breakfast another addition to a stretch of Bayshore Drive she has helped shape over the years.
