2N1 Korean BBQ has soft-opened in Moreno Valley, California, advertising a limited-time $19.99 all-you-can-eat lunch at 12625 Frederick Street, Suite M. The operator’s opening announcement identifies October as the soft-opening month and gives daily hours of noon to 10 p.m.
The new restaurant joins the Vista and Temecula locations listed on 2N1’s website. It brings the name to Towngate Center, where Moreno Valley’s September economic-development summary still had the restaurant under construction. The company has not supplied an exact first-service date or an end date for the introductory lunch.
The address has some restaurant history already. A city record from 2013 documents tenant improvements and a certificate-of-occupancy item for Polly’s Pies at the same Suite M. Closed listings for the former pie restaurant match that address, although the timing of its departure and any intervening use have not been established.
For a sense of what 2N1 puts around a grill, its published menu at the established locations includes brisket, beef belly, bulgogi, pork jowl, several pork-belly preparations, chicken and fried chicken. The lunch section pairs its meat selection with unlimited sides.
Those sides deserve a look before the first round of brisket arrives: corn cheese, steamed egg, japchae, soondubu, kimchi pancakes, kimchi fried rice and tteokbokki all appear on the shared menu.
The established restaurants also publish Regular, Premium B and Premium A menus at $33.99, $42.99 and $52.99. Higher tiers add selections such as galbi, ribeye, skirt steak, beef tongue and shrimp, with some premium cuts limited to one order.
That detailed menu identifies Vista and Temecula; Moreno Valley’s full selection and dinner rates still need confirmation. The local announcement does not give a lunch cutoff or promotion end date, so those are worth checking before committing to the $19.99 plan.
