Sago began recruiting in mid-August for servers, hosts, bus staff, kitchen help, and other employees, according to COMO Business Times.
By September 21, the Columbia Missourian was still describing Sago as coming soon at the same West Broadway address. Its business roundup was reproduced in a local Reddit thread.
