Hakkasan’s next all-you-can-eat dim sum session comes with a later bedtime. The restaurant at MGM Grand in Las Vegas will launch Endless Dim Sum After Dark on October 16, adding Friday-night AYCE dining to a venue that already serves an endless weekend brunch.
The official event announcement lists $58 per person, with Friday service beginning at 5 p.m., a two-hour seating limit and a final seating at 10 p.m. The evening pairs dim sum with DJs and neon lighting. For diners whose ideal Friday night involves both music and another order of dumplings, the scheduling is considerate.
Bottomless beverage packages are available for an additional charge. The $58 figure is the advertised dining price, rather than a package that automatically includes unlimited drinks.
Hakkasan is at MGM Grand, 3799 S. Las Vegas Boulevard. This is a restaurant experience, with its own reservation arrangements; the announcement does not describe nightclub admission as part of the dinner.
The venue’s existing weekend Endless Dim Sum Brunch is also advertised at $58 per person. Saturday brunch runs from 10:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., while Sunday’s window extends to 3:30 p.m. After Dark gives the AYCE concept an evening counterpart rather than replacing that weekend option.
There is a practical menu distinction for Friday visitors. The restaurant’s OpenTable experience listing says its à la carte dinner menu will not be available on Fridays.
