Blue Bay Buffet has announced a new all-you-can-eat restaurant in Plover, Wisconsin, combining sushi, hibachi and buffet dishes in the former Mi Pueblo Mexican Restaurant.
The operator advertised a September 7 launch at 190 Crossroads Drive. Its website describes an unlimited sushi bar and hibachi cooking alongside the buffet.

California rolls and chef specials are among the sushi choices the restaurant promotes, with rolls made daily. Food prepared in front of diners on the hibachi grill joins the buffet dishes, salads and desserts.
The change gives the address a distinctly different menu from its previous Mexican restaurant. A village licensing memo dated August 13 identifies Mi Pueblo as the former occupant and names Blue Bay Buffet Inc. as the new beverage-license applicant, with Cindy Dong as its agent.
Blue Bay posts daily hours of 11 a.m.–9 p.m. and also advertises a buffet-to-go option. For meal prices or large-group arrangements, the restaurant lists 715-997-9148.
