Sunday plans in St. Augustine Beach now have an all-you-can-eat snow crab option. Harvest & Reel, inside the Embassy Suites oceanfront resort, launched its Sunday special September 20, with the next service coming October 4.
The restaurant charges $44.99 for snow crab accompanied by fries, coleslaw, Cajun garlic butter and hush puppies. The meal has a 90-minute limit, and the entire table must participate.
Florida’s Historic Coast’s offer listing also specifies dine-in service, one order per person at a time and no takeout containers. Other discounts cannot be combined with the special. Those terms make this a meal to enjoy at the restaurant, with successive orders during the allotted time.
Harvest & Reel normally serves seafood and steaks from an open show kitchen. Its menu includes Mayport shrimp and crab chowder, crab cakes, conch fritters with datil aioli and shrimp and grits. Those dishes help establish the restaurant’s seafood identity; they are not automatically included in the Sunday AYCE special.
The restaurant is at 300 A1A Beach Boulevard in the Embassy Suites by Hilton St. Augustine Beach Oceanfront Resort. The hotel and restaurant opened in 2018, so this is an added weekly dining offer at an established resort restaurant.
The restaurant says it takes reservations for parties of six or more. A group considering the special should agree on the crab meal before booking, since a table cannot mix participating and nonparticipating guests under the published terms.
The tourism listing carries an October 1–November 23 validity period, while the restaurant identifies September 20 as the launch. Guests planning a later visit should confirm Sunday availability and the service period directly with Harvest & Reel.
